RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
The item I ordered arrived damaged, faulty or I want to return for a different item.
If your item has arrived and is faulty, damaged or you are after a different item please notify us within 30 days. Once you have notified us, we will arrange for the replacement or return to be authorised.
For any returns due to change of mind, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. For fast processing of your return, please ensure the following:
You retain the original packaging, including the Bulk Boxed box or satchel
You accurately describe the fault or damage
You attach clear photographs of the fault or damage
Please include your order confirmation number in your email
Please note, that in event of a change of mind the product/s must be returned in unopened and as new condition to be accepted.
