RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
The item I ordered arrived damaged or faulty
If your item has arrived and is faulty or damaged please notify us within 30 days. Once you have notified us, we will arrange for the replacement or return to be authorised, free of charge. For fast processing of your return, please ensure the following:
You retain the original packaging, including the Bulk Boxed box or satchel
You accurately describe the fault or damage
You attach clear photographs of the fault or damage
Please include your order confirmation number in your email
